How rewards work
You complete offers, surveys, games or tasks, and providers report qualifying completions. Rewards are subject to provider verification.

Each activity lists what you need to do. Following the steps exactly as described gives the best chance of a completion being recognised by the provider.
Tracking and verification
When you complete an activity, it is reported and then verified by the provider before a reward is confirmed. Some rewards may take time to verify.
Reward states
A reward can move through several states:
- Tracking — the activity has started and is being recorded.
- On hold — the activity is being verified, and a holding period can apply.
- Available — the reward has been released to your balance.
- Reversed — a reward can be reversed if a provider reports the activity as invalid or charged back.
Provider delays
Verification times are set by providers and can vary. Some rewards may take time to verify.
Missing rewards and support
If you believe a reward is missing, contact support with the details. Outcomes can depend on what the provider reports.
Abuse, fraud and multiple accounts
Attempts to obtain rewards through invalid activity, multiple accounts, automation or location manipulation are not allowed and may lead to withheld or reversed rewards.
No guaranteed rewards until verification
A reward is not guaranteed until the provider verifies the activity. Rewards are subject to provider verification. Rewards may be reversed if a provider reports invalid activity.
